Lee Corless and Emma Kearns from Rangam led a fantastic workshop at the Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) 2024 Conference! They led a collaborative discussion about the challenges neurodivergent individuals face when searching for employment and discussed ways to improve upon how an inclusive hiring process can be structured!

United in their mission to persuade potential employers of the value of neurodiversity for their workforces, over 200 Beacon College students gathered in Florida at the inaugural ICAN 2024 (Internship Careers and Neurodiversity) fair last month. Among the attendees was Rolando F., Solutions Specialist, Global Solutions at Rangam. Rangam's presence at ICAN 2024 demonstrated our commitment to supporting neurodiverse college students in their career pursuits.
