Frequently asked questions

Can We Train a Global Audience?

Yes. Our training is designed to be delivered to a global audience and we have experts in each country who are able to tailor the courses to ensure it aligns with local legislation.

How Many People Can Attend Your Instructor Led Sessions?

For our instructor led sessions we feel that they run best with a minimum of 15 and maximum of 50 participants. However, if you have larger groups our team will be happy to find the best way to accommodate this.

How Do You Handle Disclosure?

One of the amazing things we see during our training is participants feeling comfortable to disclose and very often our clients will let us know that disclosure rates had increased following our training.  With this in mind we will always let everyone know at the start of any training if it is being recorded. We remind all participants that whilst we encourage open and honest conversations, people may have different opinions on how their diagnosis impacts them and will have had different experiences. 

Is The Content Fully Accessible?

Yes. Our team have taken great care to ensure all the content is fully accessible. We have ensured that all content can be effectively picked up by screen readers, ensured colour contrast is accessible and used closed captioning and transcriptions for any online modules and webinars. However, we are always learning and welcome feedback on our accessibility. If you do have any specific accessibility request you can talk to a member of the team who will be more than happy to ensure your request is implemented

We have various options available to training recordings. When discussing the training with our team they will be able to talk you through these options.
