What is the process for selecting and screening candidates?
Once we have a new position to promote, we will enter it into our database for immediate recruitment. For each new role, we establish client requirements and wants for the position during a Spotlight call with the employer. Our recruiters will then search our internal database for candidates that possess the skills and requirements that align with open positions. Rangam recruiters will call the candidates whose profiles are a strong match to further screen their fit for the position. Candidates are then shortlisted and selected for the interviews. Once a candidate is offered the position, they will go through onboarding and start their new position.
